New X Men
By Alex Cook and Jason Kenney

What You Should Know: The X-Men have found themselves having to adjust to not only the death of Xavier but the revelation that he may have had a greater influence over mutants than was previously known. Riding the wave of increased mutant acceptance, Xavier's School opens to the public. Sue and Reed Richards enlist their son Franklin in the school in the hope of helping their child cope with his expanding powers. But Alex Summers sees not Franklin but his own, alternate reality son, Scotty and after a chase is convinced that his son is gone. Bad visions creep into the dreams of the X-Men as they try to cope with so many changes, not the least of which for Scott Summers is the discovery that he no longer needs his visor...

What's Gonna Happen: The long over due #122 show's a world on the edge as mutant terrorist attacks increase as the United Nations and Avengers enter Genosha in an attempt to stem the tide of all out war. In #123 the X-Men assist in humanitarian aid to Genoshan refugees while Scott Summers and Sam Gutherie enter the country in the hopes of infultrating the terrorist organization known as The Brotherhood. And mysterious men attempt to apprehend yet another mutant.

Down the Road: Issues 122-125 are the prelude for a group wide crossover as dreams really do come true and that's not necessarily a good thing.
