1.) All right, first off--who exactly are you? (Name (or pen name), and whatever usual info you wanna disclose).
He's Tim Jim, actually Timothy James Denton *gag* people around here call him Tj. He can generally be found in a school he despises telling people how boring they are and pretending that he cares about history. His parents are delightfully eccentric and he's currently investigating whether they are actually crazy.
But yeah, he's a right bastard, he is. A bit of a MySpace whore and he's easy to recognize, just look at the guy laughing at people even drunker than he is at parties. =]
2.) Who or what got you into fan-fiction?
SEX! Okay, lies, I just wanted to answer “sex” to at least one question. Uuuum, I have no idea. I read New X-Men: Academy X by the uber-talented Nunzio DeFillipis and Christina Weir and thought, I really wanna write a fanfiction like that. I still haven't written the first chapter and that was like... three or four years ago. God I feel old.
3.) If you had to choose, who would you say is your favorite character to write? Least favorite?
Favourite is uuuuh... well, I really do like writing Scott (Cyclops). He's interesting, but just for pure novelty? It's blatantly Jubilee so far. She's just so darn huggable.
Worst. *speaks darkly* Oh you know...
4.) You're working on a spin-off to your Astonishing X-Men title, am I right? Care to drop a sentence or two for those who might be interested?
Lessee. Uuh right. Starring Cable, Thornn, M, Madrox, Aurora, Chamber, Rictor and, my all time favourite, Layla freakin' Miller. This will be fun, fun, fun. Crazy shit going down biatches! Emplate! MLF. Living next door to Alice! Alice?! Who the fuck is Alice?!
Uuuh yeah. That makes no sense.
But yeah, seriously. It'll be great, I plan to shake things up quite alot. All of these cast members have their own little problems and as the title progresses you'll get a lot of insight into how they work, more action than Astonishing has but I plan to put in a lot of characterization as well. We'll see the return of an all-new Mutant Liberation Front, as well the Neo and the Naaasty Boys.
I'm getting goosebumps.

5.) Which 5 issues are you most proud of?
5?! Jeez!
1. Part 4 of Hard Boiled Wonderland which isn't actually up yet. LOL, I really like it though.
2. NYX #1 (Vol. 2) From 617, also not up and I'm not sure if it ever will. But trust me, it's sex in word format. If it was real i'd wet my pants I'm so proud of it.
3. Part 4 of my Hellfire arc. That's just up here for the fact that I actually managed to pull it off.
4. Astonishing X-Men Annual, I dunno, I just really love it, I enjoyed molding all these unique characters in their early stages and explaining why they're like what they are today.
5. X-Factor #5. For 617 LOL, nowhere NEAR being put up. But it's almost all TOTALLY first person of one character and it's sexy beyond belief!
6.) Absolute worst character to write?
COLOSSUS GOD DAMMIT! I DESPISE THE RUSSIAN JERK. I WISH HE WOULD LAY DOWN AND DIE! I include his godawful concept of a son as well. DIE DAMN YOU! I WISH YOUR FAMILY NOTHING BUT PAIN AND SUFFERING! I exclude Illyana from that comment. I LOVE Illyana, I'm going to marry her. Okay, I'm not THAT geekish. I'm going to marry a blonde supermodel with big... vocabulary.
7.) If you were to die and go to comic heaven, what would your crazy resurrection story be?
Oh dude, do NOT get me started. It would like totally like be like the end of the world. When I died the world falls into gloom because it now lacks my awesomeness so a ceremony performed by the almighty Joss Whedon, JK Rowling, Grant Morrison and... Frank would have to take place.
I come back to save the world. My death took the world's sin away and my resurrection was miraculous because my father is in fact GOD in Darth Vader form... Waiiit a second, I've heard this story before...
8.) Some people say you're following Whedon's Astonishing run too closely. What do you have to say to them?
SCREW YOU! *nuff said*
9.) Others claim to be put off by your use of original characters or characters new to the X-Men. What about them?
*points upwards* Actually, my original characters rock and I always make sure to make them take second stage to canons while I build them up so I don't see what their freakin' problem is! You just can't win with some people!
10.) Okay, here's the clincher: It's prom night, and you have three choices--Kitty Pryde, Tabitha Smith, or Jubilation Lee. What do you do?
Oooh, Kitty's dull. She's out. Between Tabby and Jubilee? Well, Jubilee would be my ultimate best friend and best friends are off limits and Tabby's my mistress so I'm gunna go with mystery choice number 4: an ORIGINAL CHARACTER! Ha! How you like my original characters now suckah?!

READ Heroes for Hire (at X-M) dammit. Read Excalibur. Read everything I write! Seriously, do it. I know where you live! I'd love to see a NYX title and I'd also love to see a title completely made up of original characters and one that doesn't feature a single mutant. We don't have any of them I don't think.
OH, ULTIMATE POWERPACK. I like that idea. Julie could be emo, Jack could be crazy, Alex could be gay and Katie could be slutty. Oooooh, I SO wanna write that. *looks over at Hunter evilly* Uuuuuh, dude, I have this totally amazing idea.
